Sole E95: This review is from: Sole E95 Elliptical Trainer (Sports) Knowing what I know now... I would go to the SoleTreadmills.com Web site, then click Support, then click Technical Support and you can access the E95 Owner's Manual (which shows the assembly instructions). Sole also has video's posted there which demonstrate the assembly. So, my first workout of the day was getting this unit out of the box and assembled. Hint: There is a "cut line" around the bottom of the box. Using this you can left the box off of the base to access the parts. It's much easier than trying to lift the parts out of the box (this is the voice of experience...). Some of the diagram's left a lot to be desired, in my mind. The videos' mentioned above will probably help someone in that area. I would knock this down a notch for the directions, but the unit itself is very solid, smooth and works well. I'm glad I own this, now that it is assembled.

Large box, was beat all to heck but contents were untouched, well packaged easy assembly use your own tools not those toys that come with it unless you want a bunch of bruised and skinned knuckles. Machine is real Quiet does everything it says it will, adjustments are numerous and useful. Haven't had a chance to use the heart rate monitor/ workout program but it was one of the things that made me decide on this unit. Setting up a workout is much easier than I thought it would be and appears to be a big improvement over machines of years past. This thing is heavy and I have it sitting on a workout mat on top of carpeting and it doesn't appear to move at all. Delivery was fast and easy, like 3 business days. Driver put it in my carport and I unpacked it from there and took the pieces inside for assembly. The flywheel assembly is heavy and cumbersome to move but the rest is no problem. Update, the wireless heart rate monitor works as advertised, no problems so far.

Sole E95: This review is from: Sole E95 Elliptical Trainer (Sports) This is an excellent elliptical that is very smooth. The heart rate function is great and ensures a good workout. My initial complaint was that there was a squeak that developed, but it was resolved with a cleaning of the rails and nylon wheels with an alcohol wipe. I wouldn't hesitate to get this product again, especially at this price, which was at least $200 cheaper than Sears and with free shipping.
