We were a bit intimidated at first, but once we had all the parts spread out...it was really easy. We actually were surprised at how easy it was. It's a great size. We did purchase a mat to put underneath as well. It works great and its really quiet! After researching several other elliptical's..we chose this one due to customer reviews compared to all the others out there in this price range. This is the way to go.

It's a pleasure to use and I've only had one problem with it so far. The metal frame under a foot pad cracked. I told Horizon about it and they quickly emailed me a schematic so I could tell them exactly which part was broken. They then shipped a replacement part out very quickly, no questions or hassle, and it's been flawless since. I'd easily recommend this elliptical to anyone.

It is so easy to use, even for me and I am really out of shape. I can only do it for few minutes, but I'm building up my time. I am 5ft 9in and the 18in stride is good for me. My husband is 6ft 3in and it might be a tad too short for him, but not enough to make it difficult or uncomfortable. It is very sturdy, it doesn't feel wobbly at all. It is kind of creaky/squeaky sometimes, but just give it some lubrication and it's not loud enough to disturb me whether I'm listening to music or if I'm watching TV. The only thing I would change is the heart rate monitor on the stationary handles instead of the moving ones. For me: worth every penny!
